Self Worth

Do you feel worthy of the things you really want in life? What if you could just KNOW you are worthy of everything you ever wanted? What would your life be like? How would you be spiritually, in your relationships, family, physically, financially, career and mindset? What would things be like for you were you to know on every level that you deserve success and a balanced life?

Worthiness is simply something that you create for yourself. It is a state of being and beginning by making the decision that you are worthy. Think of something you feel or think you are unworthy of? Take out your pen and write 50 ways in which you are worthy of that thing. Notice how you feel, what you are saying to yourself and who you become as you gradually become grateful for you and who you truly are!

Values

We all have them and live by them. Whose do you live by? Other's or your own? Sometimes we can want to be like others and inject their values into our own lives to then find ourselves being like or mimicing someone else. What about you? What about your true values and your true value!! It's in being yourself and loving yourself for who you really are, what is naturally important to you and noticing where you spend most of your time, money and energy. How do you know what your true values are?

You pay attention to where you spend your money? Where do you spend your time? Where do you spend your energy and where are you most organised? These are the areas that are highest on your values. Sometimes we can delude ourselves and think something is high on our values when it just isn't. You can think about it, imagine it and push toward it as much as you like but that's doesn't change your true values. You manifest your true values and that is your true value.

So what if you want to make something more important to you?

You link your values... by asking yourself how a lower value will contribute to a higher value and do that 50 - 100 times. Keep going until you are grateful and the void has been filled. Meaning that you are so grateful you feel asif you have it now.

Enjoy!!!

Mental Health

One in 4 people suffer from mental illness! That is a lot of people. What do you think about mental illness? Do you attach a stigma to it or do you see that it's something that is a bi-product of the way society is set up. Things are getting busier, time is going faster and we are doing more inn a shorter period of time. This lends itself to the occurance of the failure of the mind. A breakdown that can be very detrimental to the wellbeing of an individual. A let down that can be very difficult to recover from. Whether depression, Bipolar, Schitzophrenia or other mental illnesses, things need some change.

If you have suffered any of the above, you will know that it's a difficult place to return from. And you must know that it's possible to fully recover no matter how severe the breakdown of you mind has been. You need to re-gain trust in your mind and trust in the world again. You are safe to do what you want to do. You can handle it!!! If you have not suffered from any ot the above, awareness is the key. Be aware that as a woman, you have the capacity to do anything you choose in life. And be very aware that the faster pace brings with it the forgetting of self. You must continue to exercise, have fun and take care of yourself while you fulfill on your career dreams. You must put your wellbeing first and the needs of others second. Atruism will not get you anywhere. And Narcissim willl burn you out just as quickly.

So how do you find that balance between Atlruism and Narcissim? You put your own wellbeing first and balance your inner world and outer world simultaneously with your true values. Not the values of others that you my project into your world that make you want to be like someone else. Your true values that you know is you. Know your values and live by them. Do not model others and inject their values into your life to try to be more like them. Imitation is suicide... another symptom of mental illness.

So in saying all that... there is hope for all who have suffered or are likely to suffer mental illness or a breakdown of the mind. You are never stuck in your situation and the further down you go, the higher up you can climb. Making sure you sustain a balance/equilibrium so you are always standing on a solid foundation.

Fitness...

Fitness takes time to grow! It's something that needs to be nurtured and you need to be patient with yourself. When starting out with a fitness program, it is important to be aware that it will take time to achieve the fitness you may have as your goal. Having goals is the most important aspect of fitness training. Your goals need to be clear, concise and achievable. It's like any goals really, your fitness will come with persistence and sticking to and focusing on your clear plans. Surround yourself with the people you need to support you in your goals. Maybe a Personal Trainer, Nutritionist/Dietitian, counselling and supportive friends. So go forth and sow your fitness seeds and watch them grow into everything you asked for.
