Love Thy Body

You only have one body! So best we love it just the way it is. Do you find yourself forever trying to change youself? What kind of life is that??? What if you could simply love your body just the way it is and know that health is of the upmost importance. If you concentrate on constantly trying to be different you will never get there because you are made the way you are made. And you can get out there and do more healthy things to help in the process of loving yourself just the way you are.
